Great Product and fast, courteous and awesome Customer Service! They get right back to you via email on any issues you are having. Hoping the website soon has the ability to update your payment type/detail. But there is a workaround of just deleting current subscription and creating a new one when you are ready to order again. Dogs LOVE LOVE LOVE the dental chews prebiotic and the probiotic chew tabs!!! Rare they do, so we are super pleased. They also seem to be having less tummy issues as well and even skin issues! yeah PetLab!

Long story customer service was excellent. To ME with any company customer service is the most important thing. Petlab Co. responded within a suitable time and handled my issue immediately. I wanted to stop my subscription for now. I had 2 email accounts and I couldn't get to the one with the subscription. Petlab co staff resolved the issue immediately on a Sunday lol. Great Job....

Petlab is very accommodating. I've been using their products for awhile now and started using their dental formula for my dog Maxx. I changed my order for auto and they took care of it with no problem. I so appreciate this company. Like many others I'm sure, my dog Maxx is so very important to me. I love him completely. Thank you Petlab for your products.

My 15 year old llaso apso has been on the joint chews for a long time now. He went from dragging his back legs to walking and even running sometimes! Don’t know if he would still be with us without them! Thank you Petlab!

I have a subscription for Itch Relief chews for my dog. It took about three months, and his coat is now shiny and filled out where there were patchy places. He still licks his paws and chews his nails, but not as much, and I hope this will continue to improve as well. Recently my order was incorrectly filled, and the very next day it was rectified. Good product and great customer service.
