Everyone here was so nice through out my experience. When COVID-19 came I received a nice email from the owner when orders were backlogged. It just makes you want to keep putting your money in good businesses. Then when my dog passed @ the beginning of the month and I had to cancel, again a very comforting email. I used the joint supplements for approx 3 years and I feel it really helped Shady until cancer took her very quickly from us. I will return to this company once I am ready for my new fur baby. Thank you.

I was using the pet lab joint supplements for my beloved aging German Shepherd for years and then he was placed on a medication that my vet felt might have an adverse reaction, so I needed to cancel my automatic shipments.. This process could not have been easier. The customer service time was very thoughtful and efficient and truly showed concern and compassion for my pet. It honestly makes me feel like they care about what they do.
