The Joint Care! The product is awesome and effective but the order process and customer service are not good. It is very hard to cancel or change your products. I have tried many times but keep getting charged and continue to receive products I do not want. I have called, emailed, and called again. No success. Not sure what to do at this point. I do want to reiterate that the product, Joint Care is just great. It has given my 8 year old female a new lease on life. For this I am really grateful and I have recommended it to all family, friends, groomer, and pet stores I use.

I tested the joint care chews for a month and did not see any improvement in my dog's joint pain. I saw the video on Instagram and it REALLY pulled me in. I'd say the video was a bit misleading but I understand "Not all results are typical". The biggest disappointment is there was ZERO improvement in my dog's joint pain after a month. I will say I was very impressed with the customer care, as pet lab followed up with a phone call to see if there’s another way they can help and even offer a refund, again, I understand not all dogs are going to respond the same, that being said it is great to have customer care with people who genuinely care, thank you for the phone call and following up

I am doing a three star rating because I think that it is worth rating both the product and the company. My dog loves the Itch Relief treats, and while they help, they don’t fully stop his desire to scratch his ears or lick his paws. They have definitely decreased the itchiness. The company hasn’t figured out a subscription page for their users, which is a big inconvenience. You don’t have visibility of the status of your subscription, payment, or even when the next shipment will happen. I had the bad experience that my subscription didn’t register in their system, and the only way to find out is to wait for a package to not show up. Customer service simply says sorry, and try again.

I've ordered this product for my dogs teeth a few times. Each time while checking out, their system bombards you with screen after screen of annoying "buy more" offers. I find it a real pain in the a--.

Can't seem to get the product in time to start a new one. Have to keep starting over with my dog!

I love the product. I wish I could view my orders and subscriptions online without having to call into customer service

i bought the chews without reading the price compared to the amount of chews. I got them today but will not be buying again. to pay more than £1 per chew and to have to give dog 2 a day is very expensive. The tub costing £38 or so will last me 15 days only.

Have used 1.5 bottles of the Dental Wash on my Chihuahua and still no difference or very little. I'm giving it 3-6 months. I will give another rating at a later time..
