I got the itch formula, my dog does not like it and I have camouflage it so I can get him to eat it, the jury is still out on the effectiveness of the formula.

I’m mainly familiar with the dental additive. It’s a great product, from what I’ve experienced. For that I’d give them 5 stars. And really, their customer service deserves five stars, too. They are excellent at resolving any issues that arise. Here’s why I am giving them 3 stars. They are terrible in the technology department. Every other company I deal with I have an account I can go into and change/update my address, payment, etc. info. Or if I can’t do it, they’rea technician I can contact who will happily do that for me. Not so with PetLab. With them, you have to cancel your current shipments & reorder them all over again. The first couple of times I had to do this I was able to keep the discounted price I had on my order. The last time, no such offer was made. And you must understand that it doesn’t matter if you just got a shipment from them & therefore paid out all you can for this expense for the month, you have to re-order right then. It never hurts to have extra product around, I admit. If your budget can afford it. In these times, not everyone can. Also, if you’re pretty is allergic to hickory smoke flavorings, don’t buy the chews. That’s the only flavor they come in. The company calls it pork. It’s hickory smoke. It made my dogs sick.

I bought the dental formula.. in a week I can see results on both of my dogs. Thank you! I bought 1 bottle and the special offer of 2 more formulas for the future, Great! I received the 3 bottles in the same shipping. The only problem I had, was that they charged me in full for the 3 bottles instead of 1 bottle at the time.. Thank God I had the full money to pay. That was my only concern.

I thought this product might be worth a try as I have a very itchy GSD. So I placed an order and pressed GO and was horrified to see that the cost was three times higher than it was shown in the time sensitive ad. I immediately contacted them and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. I hate this type of selling so be aware of exactly how much you are being charged. However in fairness they did refund and confirm no further payments would be taken.

***UPDATE. PETLAB REACHED OUT TO ME AND WE SPOKE, THEY WERE KIND, COURTEOUS AND CARED ABOUT MY DOG. THEY EVEN REFUNDED ME THE COST. THANK YOU FOR CHECKING ON THE PUP AND TAKING TIME TO ASK AND EVEN REFUNDING ME*** I bought this hoping for some relief for my pup and it actually made her scratching worse. She didn't like the taste either I had to put it other stuff for her to eat it. Was worth a try but will never get it again

The joint chews worked for about 1 month and a half before she started having an allergic reaction to them causing severe itching. The only change in her diet was the chews. As an 8yr old she was moving better And like she was younger from the chews but the itching has made it not worth it For her and we have 2 full Containers left that will sit unused, so unfortunately a waste of money for us. EDIT: The company said below in a comment that they would be reaching out to us but have done no such thing.

The problem with petlab is the slow shipping speed. My order was place on 8/14 still have not received.

Product the Itch Tabs, did not help my dog. Have since found that his allergy is probably to the grass that we have growing and he was eating.
