I seem to have problems with Petlabs portal, but they always reach out and rectify the problem. I give their customer service rep in Las Vegas 5 stars. I know they want to make everyone happy, it’s just the portal that’s not quite got all its bugs worked out as yet. Thank you for reaching out to me.

Unfortunately, I had to request a return because my dog passed before I was able to use the product. Petlab was so helpful and understanding and processed my refund immediately.

My poodle is 12 years old & has problems with her joints. These joint pills have helped her so much. She now likes to play again and can climb up stairs without problems. I am so thankful I picked these high quality tablets. They are soft so easy to chew and my dog loves there tasty and thinks they are a treat.
Response from PetLabCo.Jun 3, 2021

I have a 13 year old chow who has had skin issues for years now. Vets would give her medicine but it never helped. This has helped her tremendously in just two weeks. I am now out of my first month and subscribing monthly. She is like a different dog, she seems happier!
Response from PetLabCo.Jun 3, 2021
Hi Kala, Thank you for your review and kind feedback. We're so glad to hear that the chews have worked wonders for your chow. It makes all our time so worthwhile when we hear your pups improving so much and feeling great in themselves again. ❤️ We appreciate your trust and support! All the best, Petlab Co.

This stuff really works, it kept my Little Girl, Lizzie, frm itching and biting. I was totally amazed, but unfortunately, I need to cancel my subscription. It seems that Lizzie has an enlarged heart and only 2 months left with me. As her eating habits have changed and I can no longer get her to eat the tabbs, I need to cancel my order
Response from PetLabCo.Jun 2, 2021
Hi Marjorie, We're sorry to hear about Lizzie's current situation. We know that it cannot compensate on what you're going through right now, however, we want you to know that we value you as our dear customer and the least we can do is to grant your request. A representative will be reaching out shortly! All the best, Petlab Co.
