I’ve been giving Teddy your Dental product in his water for over 1 year - he no long has bad breath and a lot of the plaque issues he had on his teeth has improved greatly. When he went in for his annual check up the Vet ask me what I’d done to help his plaque issue and I told him about your wonderful product and how I’d been giving it to Teddy. Since using the enzyme Dental Formula water additive no teeth have been extracted in the last 2 years. His arthritic hip is much better since beginning the Joint Care.

My yellow lab scratched a lot! She is on Apoquel. I did not want to give those to her daily, so I started looking for something to help wean her off the Apoquel. I found Petlab Co and decided to give it a try. Macie's itching has diminished significantly and she is down to half tablet of Apoquel. thank you Pet Labs!!!!!

I was a current member that was set up on a bi-monthly subscription. I no longer wished to keep my subscription. I emailed PetLab immediately and told them my wish to cancel and then refund me the order. Within an hour I heard back from someone and took an expedient action on my account. One day later they satisfied my request and even offered an extra discount should I change my mind on the products. Customer service is OUTSTANDING! They kept in contact with me and were exceptional in offering the best care for the customer. You guys are phenomenal! Thank you again for all you do :D

Ordered Petlab probiotic chews. At checkout decided to upgrade my purchase for three containers in order to give the product a full 30 days. Somehow I also upgraded to include another product which I did not want. I emailed Petlab to explain the issue. My order had been processed so it wasn’t possible to edit my order However my mistake was easily corrected . Customer service e mailed me a return label for the unwanted item, dropped it off at UPS and once the return processed I was refunded. No hassle, no excuses just great customer service. Thanks!

I have used this Company for months I ordered the Joint Chews for my German Shepard monthly who was DX with Hip Dysplasia in both hips at 2 years old ! We tried all the RX Vet Meds water therapy you name it but our poor girl was suffering and could hardly walk . Now at 6 years old in just a few days She can climb stairs both ways get on the couch next to her Alpha Male Daddy and walk without a limp ! Yay we got our puppy back It’s hard on retirement but theses joints are such an amazing price that we can do this and I’m telling you people all their products and warm friendly staff like KAYLA are beyond amazing!! This product is a god sent! My baby beagle of 10 years was having terrible rear leg joint pain, with limping and crying. She’s been on this med for less than 30 days and the improvement is remarkable! We also got her steps to get on my bed for mobility. Her attitude has changed and she is now playing with our other dogs! Thank you so much for an amazing product!! God bless!
