Hi Ellen, We're so sorry that the product didn't provide the results you were hoping for. Just a reminder that it might take up to 3 months of consistent use and the right dosage for supplements to show the best potential benefits. Each dog is different. Some dogs see the benefits within month 1, and some see the best results from months 2 and 3 onwards. We recommend allowing the supplement sufficient time for your dogs to fully reap its benefits.
