This product has been a game changer for our golden retriever, she was bit by an ehrlichia tick when she was only a few months old and she’s now 6, she’s had issues with joint pain and stiffness for years and since we started getting the Joint Care chewable tablets she has been walking, running and playing with her sister everyday! Her exercise has increased and she’s even losing some weight! 💯 recommend!

I accidentally duplicated my order, and reached out to Petlab for assistance. It was a holiday weekend, but I received a reply early the first workday after. In all, I spoke to three reps, including follow-ups. They were very attentive and were able to correct my error immediately. These are good folks to work with.

I called Petlab to cancel an order that I had mistakenly over ordered. They were so great, as always and there was no problem.

My 5 year old dachshund frequently battles with bouts of dandruff. He has been on the Skin & Coat Chews for 1 month (1 per day) and it seems to have completely cleared! I'm so impressed. Thank you, Petlab Co.

I ordered chews from Petrlab, got a notice that the shipper could not deliver the package. The package WAS actually delivered that same day, but Petlab followed up and wanted to send me another package. The screwup was with the shipper, not the product, but the company's customer service was great.

Hi KC, We're honored to hear that you found satisfaction with our service! 🥰 While we always strive to provide quality customer service, given that a third-party courier handles our shipments, many of these things are out of our control. We sincerely apologize for whatever inconvenience this has caused you. We want you to know though that we continue to research and look for better options to further improve our logistics in the future. ❤️ All the best, Petlab Co.

When our lab was 2 years old the vet told us he needed his teeth cleaned. The procedure cost $500 and our lab would be put under. Instead I purchased Petlab's dental formula and his teeth are as clean and white as they can possibly be. I recommend this product to all pet owners.

We appreciate your recommendation thanks a lot!❤️ All the best, Petlab Co.
