I have been giving my dog the probiotic to try and help his itching and licking for about 3 months or so. I don’t think it’s helping, so I asked for help to switch to the allergy/immune soft chew because I could not find a way to switch it online myself. It took a few days to hear back, but they did switch his supplement. I’m hoping this supplement will help stop his itching and licking.

This company has been pretty great at responding when there's a problem with my order. We purchase three or four different items from Petlabs. Most work pretty good. Not sure about the probiotic but keep giving it to my 3 poms. It hasn't helped with their licking the paws but think it has helped with their digestion.

We had a little confusion getting everything going to my new address but, the staff gotter done. Good job and I am receiving my products on time now.

My Kasey who is a red roan lab of 8 years is doing amazing w the probiotic chews. Her hair has grown back amazingly soft! I want to try the skin chews because she gets very dry regardless what i do in winter. Will the products you have work together for better results? I asume they will but would love further recommendations from Petlab as to what would comfort my girl the most. And THANK YOU FOR AMAZING PRODUCTS THAT SAVED MY KASEY JONES❤️

I had an issue with the website but when I made an enquiry this was sorted to my satisfaction.

The customer service is first class. I really feel like Petlab Co cares about its customers and is genuinely cares about the quality and service of their products. I was switching my pup from Super Pooper to Probiotic chews. I have to say with all honesty that the Super Pooper has been working better for more consistent stools. I'd still give it a 3-star rating and added an extra star for the outstanding customer service. I rated it high for the customer service and it still works but not sure it's the best fit for my dog. I am going to try other products from Petlab Co though as I know their products are made with good quality ingredients and the customer service is phenomenal.
