Hi Richard, Thanks for giving our product a go :) Dogs have their own specific fur and skin conditions, so times may vary but you will begin to see a difference within 4 weeks. We always try to remain optimistic for you and your dog. So keep going and see if there's any improvement over the next few weeks. Additionally, if your pup suffers from allergies or hot spots on their skin, we recommend trying out the Itch Relief Shampoo in tandem with the chews. Best wishes, Petlab Co.
