Customer service can make or break a company
I would like to start with the customer service at petlab. They have an awesome customer service dept they have always gone out of their way to make sure your happy with the end result of the complaint you contacted them about. And the owners are very much down to earth I've had them email me a couple of times to make sure I was pleased with the outcome of my problem thank you Chris and damien I think that's his name damien sorry if it's not but I know Chris is one of the owners keep up the good work and I'm sure petlab will b around for many years to come thanks again for all you do
