I received a bottle of the dental formula. The bottle's cap was loose. I lost some of the formula do to leaking. I contacted Petlab and they sent a replacement bottle.

This is a great company who not only responds but is very quick to ensure that my order is correct. Their communication with customers is outstanding. They are the type of company that really wants to earn my business. The gut chew has really helped my dog as has the ear cleaner.

I have a 4yo 6.5 lb mini Dachshund that has had dragon breath since she was a few weeks old. We tried everything different foods,antibiotics,omeprazole, just everything we could think of to treat it. We came to the conclusion with our vet that it was stomach breath. She was not handling dog food and vomited all the time so I decided that I would cook for her. She gets boiled Hamburger,butternut squash and or pumpkin Honest Kitchen dehydrated food. She is doing fine stomach wise but her breath was still bad at times. I was looking through the internet at solutions for it and I was having issues brushing her teeth everyday because her mouth is so small even a baby toothbrush was to big. When I saw the info for Petlabs it peaked my interst so Istarted to research it and liked what I was reading so decided to give it a try. I got my order of prebiotic Dental Sticks,Dental Formula water additive and Dental protect chews. Let me tell you it was the best thing I could have done. Within 2 days of starting her on the additive and a prebiotic chew her breath is fine. It’s amazing how quickly and well it worked. I am so happy with it that I ordered 4 bottles of additive and 4 bags of 24 of the prebiotic sticks. She gets a half a stick a day (she’s so small a whole one is a bit much and a tsp of Dental Formula in her water bowl and she’s ready to be kissing anyone that will let her and they don’t mind because her breath is so fresh. She’s had no bowel issues with it and we are all happy campers. She is my Diabetic Service dog so she is in my face often and this is a god send. Thank you PetLabs and please keep up the great work.

Our dog was itching and biting himself shaking his head about I heard about the probiotic chews purchased he's been using for about 15 days now and showing improvement not itching as much or shaking his head so far we'r are pleased with product.

I have been a subscriber for awhile now of the dental formula, vet comments at exams their teeth look good and I’ve never had them cleaned. I decided to try something new since I adopted an older German Shepherd who was walking slower, not picking up his front feet and not so stable on the back legs with his hips. The order came quicker than expected! My GS will play with my other dogs and gallop around!!!
