I have been getting the Joint Care for my dog, Lacie ever since she was bitten by a tick and had lime disease. I ended up taking her to the pet hospital when she starting have trouble walking. That is when I found out she was bitten and she has arthritis. 4 days in the hospital and very expensive bill later. She was walking on her own and able to come home. Then I saw your ad on facebook, I believe, and started her on it and she has been on it ever since. I accidently ordered 4 boxes of it and I talked to a nice person who told me I could keep them all or return them but if I kept them she would give me a discount. I was surprise but I had already decided to keep them. Thank you for all that you do.

My family uses Joint Care Chews and Dog Dental Liquid. Our Chihuahua was unable to even stand up by herself. We used the Joint Care Chews for one month and she started walking again. It’s years later and she patrols the entire acre again. We started giving our German Shepherd the chews as a preventative measure after the Chihuahua’s success. They both have been using the Dental Drink too. It’s so much easier than trying to brush their teeth (especially the little Chihuahua).

Hello all, I’ve bought a few products from pet labs, very satisfied with itch relief and now trying probiotic chews. I read the container and reread container didn’t see how to take. But then saw weight and across from that daily. I missed that at first. But anyway I just started them. It is very calming relaxing to her my 12 year old Olivia French bulldog. Has this been an experience to other dogs?? Hoping it helps her ears the most also bought clear ear therapy, she is prone to ear infection. Hoping probiotics help her more. I’ve bought skin and coat and itch also. Thank you petlabs. Continue with great product. Ps I also like the free gifts inc too thank you

I had accidentally gotten 2 subscriptions and canceled the 2nd. Also changed the withdrawal date at my bank as I'm on disability. They were very understanding!! My dogs love the chews and they're helping them so much!!

Such wonderful customer support. The new packaging was difficult for me to use and they were very helpful and sent me a pump dispenser that fits on the bottle. So much easier to use! Thank you!

I like petlab my 10 year lab was getting stiff but after taking joint chews she is like a 4 year old all the people I walk with notice a difference in her amazing stuff

My experience with PetLab has been a fast one. I had been concerned about my Wheaten Terrier licking his paws. Seeing the PetLab ads on FB I decided to try their probiotics. Going for the discounted price I signed up for a monthly delivery. That month went so fast my next shipment was charged and delivered a few days later. Too quick for me so I cancelled so as to not be charged unendingly (not knowing if the product would work). When I opened the second jar it seemed soft and fresher than the first. Didn't seem right so I complained. Bringing me to my 5Star review. Thanks to Kayla and the customer service team at PetLab I got an immediate refund. My faith restored and hopefully the probiotics will help. To PetLab's credit the disclaimer does say it may take 30 plus days to see results. Amen and amen!
