However, we did just recently go through a formula change specifically with our Joint chews. The consistency has changed somewhat with the new formula. That may be what you are noticing as you have been a valued customer for some time, and the change is only recent. Another separate email generates as the orders get ready to depart our fulfillment center the same day it appears. Within that fulfillment email it would have included the estimated delivery date, and a tracking number that can be used to see the journey from us to you.
