When I had a problem ordering the wrong product - the customer service team was amazing! They answered me right away and helped solve the problem. I have been giving the probiotics to all 3 of my dogs and have seen improvement in all 3 of them!

Amazing products, helped my pup Emmett immensely!🙏🏼💰 Have had some issues with the joint chews they came in all stuck together and unusable? Y’all sent me a replacement and appreciated it, unfortunately they also came in all stuck together as well. I sent in the lot numbers to CS and I just received my auto shipment and will let you know how they turn out? Your company follow up was fantastic and is handling my issue quickly! I had to have my 12 year old chocolate Labrador put to sleep as her back legs gave out after coping with bad arthritis for a few years. She had been on joint chews for a couple of yeas which gave her added mobility. I had an unopened box of joint chews which I wanted to return. Pet lab refunded the cost and suggested I could donate them to an animal charity. They have helped to make me realise was a caring company they are and gave me support at an awful time. Thank you.

My dog is almost 15 yrs old, since 2012 he suffered gut problems, itching and ear infections, all the time! But, about a month aga I started using PetLab products and now he’s doing so much better. If you haven’t been able to get results from your Vet, please check it out. ❤️🙏🏻🇺🇸🧿❤️

I called the customer service office after making an error on a purchase. Jose, in customer service was very courteous and professional. I will continue doing business with them in the future. You don’t often find this kind of customer service nowadays!

I wanted to switch my subscription from one kind to other. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and was assured I did it correctly. They are very attentive to your concerns. Plus my dog loves them

Very helpful with accidentally ordering upgrades as its misleading, just wanted to know how much extra it would be, but it payed for them straight away! So thats a downside. Although when contacted gave me money off. Although expensive they are amazing! The coat chews definitely work and been using less than a month. Also got some probiotic chews and they seem to help with my staffy constantly scratching her self! Although the scratching has not stopped but kept it to a minimal! So far i have seen such an improvement in overall health in my puppy. I got given some free chews which are like dental ones and she is not too keen on them but will eat them at a push
