I had an issue with a product I received where the chews were all stuck together and crumbly, Customer Service took care of it and sent out new product immediately. I am big on customer service, and theirs is top notch as well as their products.

Not being computer literate I made a mistake in my order but a quick email to you and it was all sorted to everybody's satisfaction immediately. I really appreciate your help and speedy delivery of the Dental Formula. Have heard nothing but good things so look forward to my dog having much fresher breath and of course cleaner teeth! My friend tells me the secret is to make sure to add the correct amount of Formula to the drinking bowl.. My little dogs bowl holds exactly 500 mls of water so I will be adding 2 x 5mls of formula to that each day. Many thanks again for all your help.

This was a very professional team who listened to our needs and delivered in timely fashion and when we had to stop it was only because of our dogs need to not take in any extra foods but those prescribed by our vets.

Thank you to Petlab Co. for quick answer to my Q. I was very concerned initially that the dental formula for my dog was unavoidably being sipped my cat. It is in fact safe for my cat anyway. Relieved!
