Ziva loves the dental powder..I can't in all honesty say it has whitened her teeth..I've diligently put it in her food for approx 4mos now and still don't see where it has erased the brown on the tops of her canines..it hasn't gotten worse, but that was not what was guaranteed..guarantee was it would be gone..now they say give it 6 mos..

I am very pleased with your products but to be quite frank your shipping package sucks. just received a shipment yesterday and package was torn open. I think the bag is too small for 6 probiotics and 6 probrights. same thing happened last month and 2 pro bright were missing. you replaced them but it seems to me this problem could be fixed with using a larger bag that would seal better. please don't take offense to my comments just saying.

I am using the dental powder. I have elderly rescue dogs who do not allow me to brush their teeth. I do mix it with a bit of wet food to ensure they eat it. I determined 1 dog needed a cleaning at the vet. I mean this stuff is not magic. Now it can be used as a preventative to keep their teeth cleaned and breath not as stinky. Delivery does take awhile but I just take that into consideration when updating order.

I have been using the pro-bright along with the Gut and probiotic chews. My dog loves them. She still goes out and eats grass from time to time but overall she appears to be doing fine. She doesn’t scratch or lick a lot so I am happy about that. Overall we are happy with Pet Lab.

I ordered the product my 1 year old lab has a really bad yeast ear infection I’ve tried everything do you think these would help him how long does it take affect

I ordered the probiotic support tablet for my spaniel who has a sensitive stomach and is on a special diet but still has the scratching and the itching of the ears and shaking of the head. The process of ordering and delivery was very easy and quick and I was very impressed with that. However I was less impressed with the product itself. After a day or so my dog started with the most atrocious wind. I noticed that his ears were a bit dirty when they have been spotlessly clean for so long. After a week I cut my losses and stuck the rest of the tablets in the bin as he seems to be worse, not better. The emails were interesting as well. After a couple of days later I received an email telling me that I should be starting to notice a difference in my pets’ behaviour. Then a few days later I got another email saying it could take up to 3 months to see the benefits. At £30 a pop I wasn’t going to be buying another 2 tubs of these things. Looking at all the positive views I can’t say that the product in general doesn’t work. All I can say is that it didn’t work for my dog so please don’t buy it thinking it will solve all problems. I’d like to add that I have since been contacted by the manufacturer and they asked for some details and provided me with a refund. I have increased the stars from 2 to 4, not because of the refund, but because the company was keen for feedback and were very quick to respond. This product was not right for my dog, but I’m happy to say that I am confident that the manufacturer cared enough to get more feedback relating to what my dog experienced.
