Emily, Thank you so much for the feedback! We suggest to unscrew the cap, like a usual bottle (juice, or water bottle). We are working to improve this with a solution compatible with our new aluminum bottles that keep your pet's Dental Formula fresh for longer. Hi Maxine, We're sorry to hear that your dog doesn't seem to like the chews. We've received wonderful feedback on the taste of our chews but we understand that some dogs can be more sensitive to new tastes than others. We recommend that you try cutting the chew into lots of tiny pieces and mixing it into her full meal at breakfast or dinner time. This way she is more likely to have built up an appetite and will be less likely to fish around for the tiny pieces. We’ve also found that wrapping the chews in cheese or ham or peanut butter works too! Maybe give these a go and let us know if it changes anything.
