customer service was great, disappointed in the product. nearly halfway through second container, really haven't seen any improvement with our dog. sorry.

I really do not believe you have finished your web site. I have ordered three times from your web site and found it difficult to work with. The last time I placed an order it would not record it and I had to call and see if it had charged my card. They could not tell me so I had to wait a day and try again. I paid $42 a bottle for the product and then found it on Amazon for $32.95 which is your big DISCOUNT for your first order price. I will not order off your site again. The product is not the problem. The web site is a big problem.

I have had nothing but trouble getting my orders. the first one in Nov. 2019 was on Black Friday... did not get my auto monthly shipment.. was finally shipped in January after recalling and spending a very long time on the phone and told that the next order would be auto shipped... it was not... another phone call ... they wanted to raise my cost of my Dental formula... i got them to honor my price that i got on black Friday that order was shipped on Feb 3rd 2020 ... now after 2 more calls iam still waiting for my shipment that was supposed to be sent on March 3rd... but i was told they changed my shipment date to the 6th... still have not received an e - mail telling me my order Has been shipped !! And this is now the 9th of March, 2020 ...why can't i get my shipments on time?? why do i have to spend hours on the phone to.be told one thing and not have it happen??

These extremely expensive chews had no noticable impact on my boxer...certainly nothing like the ads on Facebook with dogs barely walking one day and magically running and jumping around 30 days later.
