Product seems okay, but I need to change my subscription shipment frequency and I don’t see anywhere to log in to an account or change my shipment schedule. Super frustrating.

I haven't seen any changes but at least I'm doing something to help update 3 more bottles down and not change except orange poop and more and more emails to buy stuff I don't want and help when if u have a heart you should just give not ask me to buy more so that they can donate.... More and more just feels like a money hungry scam... As when I first said I hadn't seen anything I get a reply from them like hey buy more stuff it might work then.... Smh the world we live in...

Hi Vidal, Dogs have their own specific fur and skin conditions, so times may vary but you will begin to see a difference within 4 weeks. We always try to remain optimistic for you and your dog. So keep going and see if there's any improvement over the next few weeks. :) Additionally, if your pup suffers from allergies or hot spots on their skin, we recommend trying out the Itch Relief Shampoo in tandem with the chews. Order accuracy and customer service leaves a bit to be desired: in the span of about three months (1) I was double-charged on my subscription (thankfully receiving twice the product), then (2) I was sent the wrong item for my subscription order and had to exchange too many emails with different contacts to get the company to send the correct item. Third strike and they’ll be out.

Before virus, was told my shipment is coming (itch chews), we use both dental lab and itch chews for three dogs here. Still no chews, was told by Brenda on 3/5 they'd be shipped 3/7...nothing. Now I fret having to wait for the refills coming of dental lab, knowing we'll be out before your product arrives. Product is great, people are pleasant but you aren't backing up your offers.

Need to be able to create an account on your webpage to easily re-order or check status of existing orders. Plus, if a shipment is delayed, how about notifying me so I can make another arrangement to keep my dog from suffering. BTW, product (anti-itch chews work pretty good)
