Hello Dougan, We’re really sorry to hear about this experience. We understand that you purchased a three-month supply of the product and did not intend to be enrolled in any subscription. Regarding your subscription, we understand how that could be confusing. Before completing an order, you can always review whether you’ve selected the one-time purchase or subscription option. Meanwhile, it might take up to 3 months of consistent use for supplements to show the best potential benefits. Each dog is different. Some dogs see the potential benefits within month 1, and some see them from months 2 and 3 onwards. We’d love to take a closer look at this and learn more about your dog's experience.
