The Petlab Co is a good company but this time when I went to checkout I was enticed with extra probiotic chews. My original order was for two things, one being an order of probiotic chews. when the extra offer came up for two things of probiotic chews I thought that it meant that I would be getting my original order of probiotic chews plus one extra additional probiotic chew at no extra cost to my order placed. So basically getting an extra probiotic chew thrown in free as a one time deal. I placed the order and once I got my confirmation that it was placed, it broke down my original order plus and additional order for two probiotic chews at an additional 45 dollars. So now my order has three probiotic chews when I originally only wanted one and the only reason I took up the offer was because I was mislead into believing I would be getting a free probiotic chew, so two containers all together. If I would have known specifically that it would be broken down into two payments and I would be getting charged for an additional 45 dollars, I would not have done it. I just want my money back and everything canceled. I feel like I was tricked. I won't be shopping here again.

I BEEN ORDING FROM PETCY FOR OVER A YEAR . THEM YOU CHANGE MY ORDER AND GIVE ME SOMTHING MORE EXP .WHEN I GIVE THEM TO MY DOG HE THOW UP EVER DAY . I DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT. SO I CANCEL MY ORDER

When I ordered the second order of the itch tablets they were different than the first bottle I got. The second batch of itch tabs were a different color and smelled like they had some sort of flavoring on them and my dog wouldn’t eat them at first.

I paid a lot of money to buy 3 products and I only got one. I had to contact the company and they did resend what I was missing, but it was not a good start. I have been using the products for a couple of weeks and I am not seeing results equal to the high price of the products.

The customer service at pet lab is excellent they seem to really care about your pet's health.

A number of times I tried to log on to my account and the site does not allow me to log on. I have gotten numerous emails on how to correct it, but nothing works. The products are grat and my dogs love them.The results are great as well..just account issues

Seems fine, yet to try dental formula, but wished to cancel subscription. Took ages to work out how to cancel, think I have done it, but not easy at all. Also could find no phone number to contact. No problem, just wanted to cancel my subscription and reorder when I am ready. Thanks!

Dental formula, unfortunately didn’t work for my small dog, as it requires larger quantities of water for mix. I do appreciate that my refund request was granted in a professional manner.
