Please know that we never enroll customers into a subscription without their consent — customers are only placed on a subscription if the “Subscribe & Save” option is selected before adding the item to your cart. We've found it usually takes 90 days of the recommended daily dose to see potential benefits. That's normal for any supplement. We offer subscription plans to save customers money while giving their dogs time to try the product. We have Customer Portals in which you can adjust the frequency of your deliveries as well as pause or cancel your subscription at any time. If you haven’t created an account yet, you’ll need to do that before you can log in.
