I dont recommend this product and company. I did order a dental powder to try. My breed is malpoo, and they are picky. So no matter what i try he want touch a powder, even wont touch his faborite food if there even a hint of powder. So the company send me automatiy another bottle, i have fully u unfinished untouched first. I asked for a return: new unopened product, and explain situation. Their reply was: “ there’s no need to offer the powder on its own” and “ this can be a common reaction when introducing something new” . Well- obviously! We are not stupid! But it i need a return( following companys return policy rules ) i need a return, on top i very clearly in my first message explained i tried everything!! Comany just pushing time to go over 30 days not to do a return

I sent an email regarding my order and replied to the ai bot that is super annoying to verify the email address it actually already had. I ordered one time purchase very carefully and yet they charged my card and are sending out more product. You can’t reach them by phone and AI bots respond to emails. I don’t have an account and their “one time sign in” doesn’t work. If you look at the complaint on the Better Business Bureau you’ll see this organization has a pattern of fraudulent activity. Buyer beware. I’ll be doing a chargeback on this one. I don’t trust them at all. Edit After several emails with a BOT, and a complaint on the BBB, a human responded. They said they credited my account but I haven’t seen it yet.

I did not sign up for a subscription yet they've charge my account and sent me more product claiming I did. I tried to contact them and they kept saying they were going to send me an email link which I never received even though I repeatedly asked for it. I'm now going to have to go through my credit card company to dispute this charge. This is a dishonest company.that is trying to steal from people.
