I ordered 3 bottles of itch relief and the bottles arrived. The bottles smell good and my dog likes taking the tablets like a treat but they don't work. My dog still scratches constantly.

I have purchased the itch relief. At first my dog took it as a treat. But now I can't hide it in her food. She spits it out. I have been trying to cancel my subscription. The phone number and the email address that is provided by the website does not work. The phone number is no longer in service, and email has no domain. I also have email customer support but no response.

Been trying unsuccessfully to skip a month on my subscription as I have two containers on hand, but despite several attempts to do so, the orders keep coming. I’d hate to have to cancel the subscription because the product works, but I’m at that point. Waiting to see if my last email/website effort to skip a month is successful. If not...

Ordered a twin pack of the joint supplement. When the package arrived it only had 1 bottle of joint chews in the box. Contacted petlab and they promptly sent another bottle though this one was either shipped to the wrong address or was lost by usps as it never arrived. No noticeable impact for my lab Cain after 15 days on the chews. Do not plan to get more.
