I have been using the probiotic and anti itch chews. At first I saw good improvement, but after a few weeks, my dog is back to all the scratching and licking he was doing before I started him on the chews.

Noticed no effects after using the dental additive for two months.

We have tried your Itch Relief product for 6 months with our Wheaton Terrier, with no noticeable change. I think it’s time to try something else. Your product was rated as one of the top 3 on the market, our results don’t warrant that rating.

I received my second order of Clear Eyes, three jars, and upon opening the second container and removing the paper seal, I discovered that the tablet product was moldy on the top and down inside as well. I immediately wrote to Pet Lab and offered to return the two jars as proof, but have not had a satisfactory reply to my complaint.

Arrived after 3months and parcel was damaged. In meantime, I ordered itch relief from them again. Didn't work and gave my dog diarrhoea. Money refunded for damaged one and one that didn't work promptly. That is why I am giving it two stars - for the customer service.

Bought the Dog Dental Formula. Was not pleased with the communication I didn't receive while waiting for my order. I thought my order wasn't processed but it had actually been shipped. Had I been notified, that would have eliminated my concern. Second issue. This product is VERY EXPENSIVE! For two 11lb dogs, one $32 (it's $43 if you only buy one) bottle lasts two weeks. They say don't expect results for two months. It takes a LOT per bowl at 1 tsp per 8 ounces of water. It's cheaper to get their teeth cleaned. While I did notice it improved their breath, I also know that every expert out there says this type of rinse is marginally helpful for keeping teeth clean and virtually useless if your dog already has tartar build up. IF this one is different, I would have to spend several hundred dollars to find out. So that's a hard pass. Similar types of products, albeit with different ingredients, are a fraction of this price. I just paid $7.50 for 32 ounces of a competitive product with high ratings and it takes 1 tbsp per 32 ounces of water! The biggest difference in the ingredients is that this one has baking soda and the other one does not. That's a low cost ingredient that doesn't justify the price. Baking soda and a couple of easily had essential oils suggest you could DIY as well. So maybe it works, maybe it doesn't. Too expensive to find out. I will add that I did the math and, while safer than a dental cleaning, the annual cost is pretty close to what I pay to get teeth cleaned here in TX. In fact, we have a couple of country vets at a fraction of city pricing.

I got the chewables that were supposed to help with itching, didn’t realize I had gotten a subscription so I canceled it, but they didn’t work for my dog. Now I want to cancel and get a refund on the one that just came out of my bank account but I cannot find the way to do it on your webpage. I was a little annoyed when I looked at my bank account and saw $53 dollars was missing
