Telephone interactions have been great, but your website is not easy to navigate (change passwords and change delivery schedules in particular). We do love the allergy supplements but wise the pro brite was more palatable to our pet.

We also appreciate your insights regarding our website navigation. First, Ginger eats it. Not as fast as I would like, because I have to give it to her with food or treat. What I use ,it is working. With a sensitive stomach and skin, I must use special food . Itching comes and goes. Runny stool comes and goes. Breath is much better and is keeping up between cleanings. Overall, I think we like it.

Hi John, Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're so pleased to hear that Ginger is enjoying the product, even if it takes a bit of coaxing to get her to eat it. It's great to know that you're seeing positive results, especially with her sensitive stomach and skin troubles. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we're here to support you and Ginger on her health journey. Best regards, PetLab Co.

I think it’s working but we’re in our second month I think and it seems to be doing OK. He’s not scratching like he was but I’m having to put my orders on hold cause I’m only giving it to two dogs instead of three so I have an abundance right now, so if you could Put my order on hold, I’d appreciate it

Been using your product for about 3years now and it works great my only issue is you say it's been delivered and it's how's up a day later
Response from PetLabCo.Feb 26, 2025
HI Todd, Thank you for being a loyal customer for the past three years! We're so glad to hear the product has been working great for your dog. We're really sorry for the frustration with the tracking showing 'delivered' before your package actually arrives. While tracking updates may sometimes show a package as delivered before its actual arrival, we understand how this can be inconvenient. If this ever causes any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out through the 'Contact Us' page on our website. All the best, PetLab Co.
