customer service was great, the solution to put in water doesn't appear to be working for us

I bought the probiotic chews for my dog to treat a yeast infection in her ear, and about a week after taking the chews, the swelling in her ear almost immediately went down and she wasn’t shaking her head or itching it very much. About a month after taking the chews, her swelling was back up and it seemed like she was shaking her head and itching more often than before taking the chews. Pet Lab Co was very responsive and they gave me $100+ free products for being part of their program. Unfortunately the product just does not work.

UPTDATE: they finally cancelled my subscription after I had to write a negative review, so at least I am happy for that. Still annoying because their response below is exactly what I did 3 times myself without it working!! I have made three attempts to cancel my subscription and have had no help. I am extremely disappointed and each time I try they respond with the exact same link is before. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Not only am I being repeatedly charged for something I do not want I cannot get any customer support at all. Placing my order was easy and got shipment quickly for the joint relief product. My dog has been using glucosamine and was working pretty well. I had hoped there would be some additional improvement with this product but after the first week there has been a steep regression. The glucosamine levels are the same in each product, so it makes me question the integrity of the glucosamine level in this product. I would love to hear from the company on their input on this.

So today I get in from work read my emails to find out that this company is sending out chews for my dog I did not ask for , but have taken £38 from my PayPal account , I had to register with them to cancel a subscription I did not ask for nor want , is this even legal ??? So I’ve managed to email them , I’m waiting for a reply , watch this space!! EDITED : so their customer service have constantly been in touch with me throughout my complaint , apparently when you first order and take the discount you are automatically signed up for a subscription, and I didn’t realise this , so I’ve cancelled my subscription , but my order for this month has already been dispatched , so they have offered a 33% refund or I can send the order back and get a full refund I have opted for the 33% refund so I can’t really complain

Their product was good, it really helped my dog with his itchy allergies. It was on subscription but two months in a row I had to email because my order was not shipped. Both times there was a glitch in their ordering system? I didn’t want to continue doing business with them.

Dear Petlab, I subscribe to itch relief chews for my dog and I can say that it has definitely helped her. Thank you. However, I care for my dog and I also care for the environment. The level of packaging that you have used to send my chews is ridiculous. I could rehome a family of hamsters in it! Please, please look at this and minimise the level of packaging to a minimum. Forget fancy packaging, consider the environment. That's what your customers want. Thanks.

Do not buy unless you automatically want to be signed up for a subscription and later can’t get through to cancel. They don’t allow you to register to even try. Run. I wish I had. Customer service does not exist. It’s too bad because I would have reordered but now I will go elsewhere due to this subscription I did not want. Going to BBB next.
