Customer service is prompt to answer and work with you in getting any issue solved. I received a product which I no longer needed, they refunded the money and told me to donate the product to nearest shelter.

Before Pet Lab my 9 year old 150 pound mastiff would cry every time she stood up. Had to take her favorite ball away because every time we would throw it it seemed to cause her pain later. Once I started giving her Pet Lab she completely stopped crying, and we are able to play ball again. The change was so apparent! PetLab is amazing!! I tell everyone about it!
