I would never use offense words. I have Shih Thus, and they itch all the time, and I do mean all the time. Did absolutely nothing for my dogs itching/scratching at all which I knew was going to be a possibility, however, I did some research and not only is the Pet Lab stuff double the price of its competitors, its formula and active ingredients match what's recommended, and competitors sell for a completely different ailment — no wonder it didn’t work for allergies. I switched to a different brand, and itching/scratching is gone. Also, it is a pain in the butt the to talk to someone or cancel your subscription.

Suite au contact avec le service après vente la seule réponse que je reçois c'est "colis livré à votre adresse", je trouve franchement que ce n'est pas sérieux surtout quand on vois les sommes engagées. j’étais plutôt content du produit qui faisait du bien à ma chienne de 14 ans, mais encore une fois plus de produit à lui donner et pas de réponse... je vais faire bloquer les paiements.

So far the dental formula is not working for us. We have two dogs, one about 7 years old and one 2 1/2 years old. Both have some tarter on their teeth. I have used 4 bottles of the dental formula so far and do not see any difference in their teeth. I am getting two more bottles and if there is not difference at that point then I will stop using the formula as it is very expensive for a small amount. I do also give them dental chews and brush teeth 3-4 times a week.

Regarding the dental formula, there’s nothing to tell me that it works at all. The company claims that after you use it for a while teeth that are already dirty will suddenly become clean. I have four cats and that definitely didn’t happen. However, they are about to get their teeth professionally cleaned and I may at that point start using this again. it’s expensive and I haven’t seen anything to tell me it works, so I would be wary about buying this.

The product is fine, but I have tried to not just cancel the auto order several times and get a return auth. for a shipment I cancelled. I have sent multiple emails over time. And even after a shipment was sent that I had cancelled, they then offered 30% off instead of a return. Now I just got another darn shipment. This is terrible. So disappointing.

I brought the dental wash for my two dogs, it cost £31 for a 236ml bottle which was empty in just two days! I never got the see whether or not the product worked and am certainly not able to afford to pay £30 every two days. They need to make the products larger and more affordable.

I placed an order for one product only! I was billed for two more products that I did not placed. I just received the package in the mail on friday, 11/06/2020, I sent it back immediately at a ups center at hawthorne CVS store Fl. It makes me angry when people do this to the customers. It also hurt my checking account, putting a big hit on my funds. I live on a very limited income. Now how long will it take to get my monies back. Bills await to be paid!
