SAVE YOUR MONEY I’ve been using it since we received it and this has not changed her breath at all we took her to a dentist and had her teeth cleaned and was told that they were not surprised it didn’t help with the breath

I don’t like the new bottle, it leaks out when I use it and I can’t squeeze it out like the other bottle. For the money I paid and being frustrated with it leaking out is not called for! I’m canceling my subscription.

I have subscribed to this product for a few years now and we were satisfied with the results and pricing wasn't too bad. Unfortunately due to my last shipment I have cancelled my order. The shipping was delayed for over a month. I had to locate the package and notified the company. The company should follow their shipments to make sure this doesn't happen to their products. I was sent another shipment at no additional charge however it took another 2 weeks to get the product. I would have appreciated a shipment in the next day or two since it was joint chews my dog was needing. Also being offered a free order the following month or a discount off the next purchase would have been better than saying a new order has been sent out in the email sent by the company representative. I felt like we did not matter to the company as a long time customer. So due to this I will be going with another company.

It has taken over 6 weeks and I still have only received one item from my order of 5 items. And I’ve been told very conflicting reasons because I think there are too many people involved in replying to concerns. You did refund me half of the money from my order and I appreciate that.
