I first discovered this product on Facebook and initially, I truly believe it worked. Setting up an account was easy, and the dental formula arrived within 2-days. (I actually can’t fault that part of their service throughout my dealings with them, and the product was always charged for and dispatched promptly.) I give one star for the overall product, and an additional star for the customer service. The month (following my initial subscription), I received the product in different packaging. (No reason for alarm bells at this stage since companies do change such things from time to time). Over the duration of the next 12 months however, it was quite apparent that I wasn’t using the same product that I had initially been sent and I started to suspect that I was paying in the region of £40 per month for 2 x 235ml bottles of tap water (with maybe a sprinkle of bicarb added). After doing a little research, I realised that the company was deleting all their negative comments on Facebook, which is never a good sign. I also noticed that they had several Trust Pilot accounts (many with far more disparaging reviews than this particular account). I then decided to do a quick Google search… The founders of Pet Lab are also the founders of a company called CEL MD and I would recommend anyone considering using this company’s products to google ‘CEL MD Lawsuit’ prior to doing so.

Customer service was good, product kinda works. My dog cut back on his paw licking but he still smells like corn chips.

I am majorly conflicted on how many stars to rate this product/company. I ordered the dental chews with tri-zyme gel and the first two bags/tubes were great and my husky and shiba inu loved them! Of course I subscribed after we were initially happy with the product. Then we received our second shipment of 2 bags of dental sticks and 2 tubes of tri-zyme gel and the gel was a totally different color, texture, and consistency. I contacted the company asking if they were safe to give to my dogs and notified them that I wouldn’t be administering them until I heard back regarding their safety. Not to mention squeezing the gel from the tube is nearly impossible because the consistency is so much thicker/chunkier than previously. Never heard back from the company. Then what do you know, I get charged for ANOTHER shipment of 2 bags of dental sticks and 2 tubes of gel. Didn’t I tell them I WASN’T using the product?? Thankfully I was reimbursed for that shipment. They arrived today, and sure enough… same exact lot numbers as the defective sticks/gel I’ve got sitting around my house already. So now I have 112 sticks and 4 tubes of unusable product. I’ve sent the company numerous emails including the lot numbers and very clear descriptions of the product inconsistencies. Hope you’re all having a better go of it and getting decent products to give to your fur babies. Just cancelled my subscription today. Hopefully one day I’ll get a response as to why the formula has changed so drastically (if that’s even the case), if it’s safe for my dogs to eat (I still think the gel is defective), and what to do about the fact that the gel is so thick it’s basically impossible to squeeze from the tube. Until then, I’m on a mission to find dental chews from a company with QUALITY CONTROL. Good luck everyone else! Though she loves the taste, I haven't seen improved results in my dog’s itching.

Not supplying enough per month.

My dog would throw up after starting the product. It was not easy to return, for I called customer service. Not money back guarantee. I like the ingredients in the product. Since I could not return it, I sent it to a family member to try on there dog. .

Update to below: Company reached out to me and cancelled my subscription - but charged me anyway 5 days later. Tried the probiotics but they haven't worked, dog is now on a pricey prescription so I need to cancel my subscription, but there is no way to get ahold of customer service. It says to make an account, but the system isn't working and will not process past the create account page. Super frustrated that there is not a number to call for help and I have to leave a review on a third party webpage to make any progress.... Order ##3946935
