PetLab kept us well informed throughout the process from ordering, to advising when the product will be sent out, when to expect it and when it was delivered. This is exceptional customer care. Also the product is well appreciated by our dogs! Thank you!

This literally changed my dogs life!! He was lethargic and slept all the time..licked his paws, and had joint pain and tummy issues.. I gave two chews at night and the next morning he was up at 6am and running down the stairs! I usually can’t get him off the couch until 1pm just to go outside! He’s stopped licking his paws almost completely and he has stopped limping and moving slow.. I can’t believe all the things this has fixed! Customer for life!

I recently purchased a product from PetLab, and I couldn't be more impressed! They are a great company that truly stands out in the industry. The professionalism they exhibit is remarkable, and the quality of their products is superb. Not only are their prices very reasonable, but what sets them apart is the genuine care they have for their customers and their pets. It’s clear that they are not just about business; they have big hearts and a passion for what they do. I highly recommend this company to any dog owner looking for quality products at good prices. You won't be disappointed!

My agent was excellent. She was able to resolve the issue with my canceled products and send me the missing probiotics I had purchased.

Unfortunately, my dog was not able to tolerate the Probiotic chews. The company behaved honorably and indicated I would receive a refund within 10 business days. I would call that top notch behaviour!

This product is amazing! I have a beagle with itchy ears and butt. I spent a lot of money on vets and treatments that worked for some time and then the same again. After three weeks of using this product, she noticeably stops scratching, and she looks so relieved!! I bought it on Amazon and now I subscribed because it's very convenient.

Ok I was skeptical about this at the beginning but we are on month three and my dog has zero symptoms like before. All the ear scratches and boot scooting are gone. It did take patience and giving to to him consistently but it works.
