My dog would not eat her food with the product on it and I wanted a refund but PetLab would not do that. Instead they wanted to me another product and I can't use that either. They should offer refunds.

even though the customer service is good and I was given a refund when I contacted petlab, I'm surprised that they don't want the products back. Which makes me wonder where the products are manufactured and at the price of the tubs why they are so generous.

Cheap product and customer service is horrible. I reached out to return a product I received only a few days ago. I can’t get them to respond to me and tell me how to send a return. I won’t be buying from them again.
