TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I ordered their highly touted “Tailored Probiotic Chews”, having received “5 star” reviews glaringly posted all over their website. I had to pay for shipping because I didn’t order (er over order) enough. Came to just under $30 for a small container that arrived by FedEx which I paid for. Anxiously opened it up, dug out a little “beef” flavored treat…. nothing. My pup would not go near it. NOT INTERESTED. No how, no way. To get him to eat it, I had to….. 1)chop it into little pieces, so he couldn’t discern it from other food in his bowl, 2) mix it into my recently acquired Purina ONE Classic Ground Chicken and Brown Rice Entree Adult Wet Dog Food, which he LOVES and is wayyy more nutritious than these over-priced BS supplements, and 3) sprinkle pork and chicken powder on top. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP. This is a gimmick. Oh, when I called for a “refund” of my “trial” purchase, I was told…. Our refund policy is stated on our website. You didn’t purchase enough to qualify for a refund, so you’re out what you paid. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DECEPTIVELY ADVERTISED COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DONT.

Never received my order, but was charged for it. I have tried using the contact form and the online chat and I never received a response. I have paid for a service that I never received and I can't seem to get anyone at the company to help me out. My pet is also without his supplement that was helping which has resulted in itching returning.

I am unable to log into my account or cancel my subscription and I have had no responses to trying to contact this company, and am unable to stop them taking my money. I can’t yet provide an order number, I have had notification that subscribe and save is due to repeat in 3 days but I have no way of logging in.

Notified that product was delivered at 1:11 pm on Jan.30th on the front porch. Checked porch and yard. Camera never picked up delivery in drive or on the porch. Product was not delivered to the correct address! No picture available from delivery service to show where they left product. Obviously it was not at the correct address.

I did not receive any delivery ! I looked in the mailbox and on the front steps and on the porch/deck in the back.. no delivery and no tracks in the fresh snow. My mail said that the package was delivered on Friday 1/30 and that is why I wrote this review. I received my package on 1/31, Saturday in the afternoon. All is good and my fur babies are happy! We all love your products!

I have tried for 3 months to cancel my subscription after my dog died. No mater how I try, emails go responded to and when I try and log on to your website it says wrong password but never sends a reset. You have not scammed my out of $190.00 that I want refunded. I finally got a phone number but have been on hold for over 1:15 minutes
