Good product but it’s all about the…
Good product but it’s all about the ‘reorder’. Instead of picking how many months later you want to order, they only have options to get you to buy more product. My order number on the automatic refill was 5838914814007

My dog doesn't like your products
Apparently my dog doesn't like your products. I am sad that you don't have a refund policy just a here we can give you something else. Then the dog still doesn't like that either.

My dogs don't care for this product
My dogs don't care for this product. I cancelled my autoship and out of the blue, it started back up with my credit card being billed and me receiving another tub of product that my dogs won't eat. I tried to explain and get a refund and was offered 50% refund. I have no order ID, as I didn't order the product. It was on auto ship, previously, and just started back up.

I honestly believe I should have got the probiotic not allergic and immune. And that is the direction y'all pointed me.

Poor delivery service
Still have not received my product. This is my second product that has not been delivered in a timely fashion. I might add I will not be placing a third order with you.

Poor Customer support
Customer support not that great. When asking to change items ship them back for the correct items the told me to keep them at no charge but then only gave me $11 credit on $40 spent. Wouldn't recommend trying to return items and expect an proper refund. Tell me I need to update my subscription which I did then they took part of my money that should have been returned to me and used it to send me what I just changed my subscription to when I never asked them to use my refund for that as I already paid all new subscriptions as I had to first cancel the original subscription setup before I can get the corrected item.

My dog dislikes
My dog dislikes this. He will not eat his food if we do a whole scoop. He even threw up After once. He normally gobbles his food right up. He is 105lb golden retriever so safe to say he is not a picky eater. We have mixed it with water and he leaves it sit which I think then makes it worse. The product doesn’t smell very good so I can’t imagine it tastes good either

Pro bright did NOT help
I was really hopeful that this product would work for my dogs bad breath and tarter. I’ve been using it for 4 months now and have seen ZERO improvement. I even started brushing my dogs teeth thinking plaque may come off a bit easier. I thought it was too good to be true and proved it to be for my dog.
