I tried to put off the next delivery of the teeth cleaning powder because they just delivered 2 cans, and we haven’t even fully used one of the four we initially ordered. Instead of pushing out the order, it went to February 11th! I tried and tried to change it as I do not have an extra $50 right now. I was able to email them, but they sent it anyway. The site is not user-friendly at all, and when I found a number to call them, a recording told me there would be an hour wait!

If your parcel is lost or stolen during delivery, do not expect any help or resolution. Given they use Amazon fulfillment don't expect to receive your delivery either! Despite my order clearly not being delivered to my business address, and providing evidence showing it was left outside at a completely different location around 0.1 miles away, the company refused to replace the order. THEY SAID its in their T&Cs to not replace or refund!!!! The delivery was made while the business was closed for the weekend, yet the package was still left unattended elsewhere. Rather than taking responsibility or attempting to resolve the issue, customer service simply cancelled my subscription instead of replacing the missing item. This is extremely poor customer service. Most reputable businesses would value ongoing customers and resolve a delivery problem quickly. Instead, they chose to lose a paying subscriber rather than correct a clear delivery failure. Very disappointing and not a company I would trust to order from again.

You charged 41 pound for nothing I never subscribed still waiting for my refund going into 2 weeks now

Product doesn't work. When I order this product they automatically put me on some subscription that I did not sign up for. Now their sending me this crap every month and taking the payment from me bank. This company is a total scam.
