I've been using pro bright advance for years plus getting their teeth done with a doggy hygienist without anesthesia every 2 months. They still get tartar on their teeth. What am I doing wrong???

This product works! Finally something does. When we got our chihuahua x terrier at 7-week, she was already scratching herself quite a bit. 4-5x daily. We try skipped out chicken, still the same (we prob didn't try hard enough). We tried tropical form, spray...etc. Now 13-mth young, still scratching - so we went to vet who gave her a jab, 10 days later still scratching. Got PetLab on 31/May, there is one day she didn't scratch herself! 1-point less cos she doesn't like the taste so i need to turn it into powder form.
