I have asked repeately for you to stop sending this product. My dogs do not like it and will not eat it. I do not want this charge again. I am ready to send back 3 orders to you either give them to someone else or destroy them. And I would like someone to call me. 610-972-2377.

This company is fraudulent, and their product doesn’t work as advertised. I requested cancellation of my subscription at the end of January, but they immediately sent a notification stating that the February shipment was already in progress and that the cancellation would be effective moving forward. In March, they processed my payment again and then disputed my PayPal refund request to prevent the refund.

I’ve had my small dog on the teeth powder sense May 2025 to March 2026 and I have not seen a difference. She really likes the taste but it has not done anything in my opinion. I’ve done the powder with her food being wet and dry still same results. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I received delivery confirmation on Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning, I checked to see who had delivered my order as it was not located in my mailbox or locker. The delivery confirmation said package was delivered to my door. No one had been to my house Tuesday so when I checked my front door, I was not surprised that there was no package. I checked my cameras and once again no one had delivered anything to my home. I went back to the delivery confirmation email and when I clicked on the delivery confirmation photo to see exactly where it was delivered all it showed was a photo of the shipping label. I contacted the delivery company and was given a response of we will investigate but we will not investigate until 5 to 10 business days and then we will email you letting you know we are starting our investigation and then it will take another 5 to 10 business days for us to complete the investigation. This is very useless and unrealistic as PetLab sells supplements that need to be taken daily and as I am on autoship this kind of service should be expedited so that my pet is not without her supplements. She is a special needs pet with a medical condition so these supplements are very important to her diet. I am disappointed that PetLab used such a 3rd rate delivery company for important products that some people rely on.

Do not buy the dental powder. It is not safe for any dog to take. I gave the dental powder to 1 of my dogs for 2 days and it caused her to have face twitching and she became extremely lethargic and out of it. As soon as I stopped giving her the dental powder she recovered within 24 hours and was back to her usual demeanor. The entire experience was terrifying. Thankfully she was not permanently injured or worse.
