Archer 7 yar old Airedale Terrier has a lot of issues with scratching, chewing, licking and scooting. Since he has been on the probiotic chews we have seen a marked improvement in those problems. I think they are helping him a lot. I recommend them.

5 stars all the way! I had a minor hiccup with my subscription (which was my fault in the beginning) and Debbie from PetLab has been exceptional with her customer service. All emails were responded to quickly, solutions provided and my account is back on track. Further we have been using ProBright for our dog now for about 3 months and we’re delighted! His bad breath is gone and his teeth look much better. Highly recommend, and thank you Debbie for your help!

The bubble package containing my subscription order of Probright Complete arrived empty. I contacted PetLabCo via email requesting a replacement shipment. Although I didn’t get a response or acknowledgment (at the time, I was having some trouble receiving emails due to an overloaded Inbox), and could not get through by phone, I was very happy to find the replacement order on my doorstep just a few days later. I am very happy with the customer service I received!
