Should be a ZERO can’t get the subscriptions to STOP. Shady business model . I LITERALLY had a bag in my mailbox yesterday and had a subscription order email for the next shipment. Called numerous times never get a person. Emailed also. RUN do NOT give them your CREDIT CARD NUMBER!

terrible experience I was looking to buy something for my dog and excitedly I clicked checked out and even signed onto the subscription, thinking this was a good and legit website and at first the mistake came where it said that I gave out the wrong address when I knew what type in the right address then he canceled my order because he was out the range and I never got my money back. I couldn’t get in contact with anybody to receive or get my money back and I still have failed to get my money back and it’s been like two or three weeks. I would not recommend buying from those website if you don’t want your money back and I would recommend finding something else that’s useful for your dog 0/10 service, 0/10 communication skills.

The customer service is aweful. Our dog cannot take this medicine as it makes her sick. All we wanted to do is cancel our subscription. We have been contacting them for over a month and still no progress. Now a second bottle came and charged our account. We are still trying to cancel our subscription and now we want to return the unopened bottle. Horrible company, they are non existent once they get your money.
