My dog continues to scratch the same amount as before. He is 53 pounds and I’ve been giving him 2 chews a day.

I bought 4 bottles of the cat dental formula. I measured out the correct amount in the water. I have 6 cats. All of my 6 cats are now sick and vomiting and won't eat. I want my money refunded immediately and do not want ANY more of this to add to the water. I love my cats and did not want to poisen them, only to help them. S

He loves them BUT he can’t have them as they do not stop his itching and they also also give him diarrhea, that really sucks!!!!

Maybe this is a bit low considering I have yet to have the opportunity to actually have my dog try this. I ordered a two month supply 10 days ago. After a week I contacted Petlab Co and asked for an update on my shipment as I had received nothing from them up until that point. They contacted me and said they didn’t have my email on record. I sent them both of my email addresses along with a copy of the payment received by them and the fact that it had already cleared my account. I have not heard from them now for three days.

We had 3 dogs when I ordered and now we only have 1 and that ITCH pill doesen't work , so I do not want any more of your products !!!!

My dog will not take the treats he spits them out as soon as he gets them. Perhaps if they came in a chicken flavor he might take them.

they managed to take my money from paypal account even though i didnt finalise my order i emailed 4 times within 5 mins to cancel with no reply, 4 days later they say the order has been sent and can offer me 30% reduction I dint want these chews just my money back i will not accept them when they are delivered

I am First time customer! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. My first order came damaged. The products were NOT sealed properly and opened in shipment causing total loss. I called and told them. They said we are so sorry we will ship you a new shipment. I was okay with that but, then to many days go by and nothing so I checked UPS Tracker and found out that they also got the same thing happened damaged so they sent it back to you. NO one called, Emailed or sent me a 3rd Shipment!!! It was weeks I had to call you guys. You kept my money and I had been dealing with this Issue for way to long. After again talking with your company they said we are so sorry we don’t know what happened this is really bad and we know it. We are sending you another New Shipment and going to credit your card back for all of The inconveniences that you have encountered with our company. I said okay great thank you that’s the right thing to do. So I thought that would be the end of it right?! No! My shipment comes and oh my god AGAIN!!!! Same thing?!?! This really has to be a joke. I called again and sent an email with video proof they said give us 3days to get back to you. Well it’s been 13 days nothing. No call, No email. And my credit card still hasn’t been credited back the money that they said it would be and of course still NO products!! So anyone please tell me that this is acceptable, good business practice and customer service?! I’m just lost for words at this point! It’s been over 2 1/2 months now with no resolution. Your shipping dept needs new management. I’m extremely upset and disappointed and I’d like to deal with somebody with authority with this company and a higher up position other than the people I’ve been dealing with in the last 2 1/2 months in your customer service levels.
