DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I ordered the joint supplements thinking I was going to help my babies with joint pain and arthritis in their old age. Neither of them were experiencing anything or showing any symptoms of having severe pain or discomfort. Yes you could tell they were a little older in age but still running, jumping and playing with toys like happy healthy pups. I recieved these supplements around the Feb 22 2020 and gave as directed on the bottle. Within 3-4 days I quit using bc one of my babies started vomiting and had diarrhea. By March 4 2020 she was rushed to emergency vet hospital and put on IVs. Blood work indicated kidney failure and after 3 days she passed away. This is the ONLY THING....I REPEAT ONLY THING I gave her that was different. I wouldn't have wrote this review if I even thought there was a chance it was anything else. I've never wrote a review about anything good or bad but couldn't allow other pet parents to suffer as my baby and family have. I've sent a review twice on this page now so I hope this one goes through. Please please please...dont believe the hype....its might work for some but to take the chance could be a death sentence for your babies that you will have to live with.

Got the joint care for my 13 year old GSD on the third day she became very sick and she has not eaten for 3 days. Stopped them and she is now improving slowly. Very concerned as she is old and this could of finished her off !!!!

Who care about the product. You will never get it. They treat their customers as if they are doing you a favor after waiting 23 and counting. I will try the product if it ever arrives but will not used this company again. They spend more money on marketing rather than taking care of the customer. Don’t fall for the ads. Find a product and company that care about you and where you spend your money. PS I had to contact them 4 times to finally get a confirmation number and shipment.

I bought the product you put in your dog’s water to help their gums and breath. After saying “NO” to about half a dozen add-ons the company tried to upsell as I attempted to reach the final checkout, I purchased the one bottle I wanted. Unfortunately, not only have I not seen the difference in my dog’s breath since using it, but they’ve just charged me for another bottle for my “subscription” - one I sure as hell didn’t want! When I reached out to them to tell them I didn't want another bottle, they told me it was too late and advised I keep my subscription, then, when I insisted on cancelling they had the audacity to tell me it wasn't in the best interests of my pet! Their product doesn't work and I don't patronize me by telling me that you know better!! You’ve likely seen them on insta as they’re trying hard, but do yourself a favor and save your money. Go with a dollar toothbrush and some regular dog chews! P.S. They also tried to have my review removed. I bet that's their MO. Make customers jump through hoops to send TrustPilot proof that we're real customers, in the hope that we don't follow through. Nice try - unlucky this time!

Tried the first bottle without any improvement!! Was sent a second bottle that was sent without my request. It was charged before being sent because I didn’t cancel in time. I cancelled any further orders and used the second bottle with the same result. PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!!! Beware it’s a scam!!! You’ll be charged for a second order before you can evaluate the first!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
