I bought the multivitamin product. Not satisfied and have tried to log-in many times to 'manage my subscription'. The link keeps coming back to the same page. Unable to do anything and the company won't respond to my emails. Not good!

We haven’t seen an improvement in our dog. Gave. It several months to work. Itching and scratching continues to result in an area with hair scratched off and bare skin exposed

I cannot log into your website and I was supposed to have had a shipment sent on 3/8. I called the number and they said the site was being worked on and I would not be able to login at the time. They offered to send me out the shipment, but said they could not send it any faster than 3-5 business days. I don't understand this whole mix-up and I want to cancel my subscription all together.
Response from PetLabCo.Mar 12, 2020
Hello John, Our deepest apologies that your experience was anything less than amazing. We're getting this taken care of right away for you. A representative will be reaching out soon! All the Best, Petlab Co.

You double shipped in the same month. Makes me want to cancel you and just use salmon oil like my Vet said. Why would you double ship?
