The dental product I’m not sure really works this is the second bottle I buy for my chihuahua and the teeth are the same. For the amount of trouble getting this shipped me and what it costs I’d rather just pay the dentist to clean my dog’s teeth

Your website is not user friendly. First of all I had signed up for regular monthly shipments. Approximately one week after I was charged and had received notice that my shipment was on its way. I received an email that I would be charged in 3 days for my monthly scheduled subscription. I hadn’t even received my first shipment. Then when I pressed the link to manage my account it gave me a “page under maintenance” page. So I decided to go directly to you homepage but there isn’t a page to sign in. So fortunately I saved my “thank you for your purchase” email and I was able to get into my account. It was so frustrating I had my husband just cancel the whole thing. I am still trying to find out and see if the “Joint” blend will work for my older dog. So I decided not to order anything else until then. This too was a mess I wanted to do the auto shipment For the joint tabs and it wouldn’t allow me remove it so it charged me for the single or as well as the auto shipment. I let it slide that time but not again. I’ll be thinking very hard whether to order again.

Product does not work, and the company is unresponsive. They lie to take your money, then do not honor their guarantee.
Response from PetLabCo.Mar 17, 2020
Hello Stephanie, our apologies that your pet did not see the results you were looking for. Please keep in mind that our products are supplements rather than medicine and can take some time to gain effectiveness. In addition, each dog is unique, therefore the response to the product may also vary. However, we will always honor our guarantee. A representative will be reaching out soon to address your concerns. Best wishes, Petlab Co.
