after waiting 8 days to receive my order I looked at the tracking number to see that it had not moved in 8 days. contacted customer service and played Email tag with someone who seemed confused as to how to help me. I finally sent a replacement order...well it hasn't been sent yet. still waiting on the email saying its been sent...day 2 or 3 of that I think, once it does ship...another 5-7 days to wait for it to show up. Already ran out of everything. This will most likely be the last order. I'm sure there are other companies that make similar products that hopefully ship more reliably and quickly

This first joint chew pills I got where I’m she could chew them the next time I bought two jars and they aren’t the same .. they are hard not chewy at all and yellow so weird I’m not happy with them at all this time she’s very old and I needed something she could chew Thanks TRacy sinex

Haven't received my product that was charged to my credit card 1 week ago. When I called to ask about my product and where it was customer service placed me on hold about 10 times to tell me it hasn't shipped but it will soon. Still nothing yet.
