I recently ordered two jars of your "Clear Eyes" product. Before the first jar was even half empty here comes two more jars. I'll send them back as soon as I feel safe going outdoors. Do Not send anymore. I've been unable to reach you by phone which is understandable at the present time. They have not been opened, still sealed in their shipping bag. Please let me know how to return them.

I do a lot of rescues. This was my first order with them. It really has not been a good experience with Petlab so far. I am still waiting for an order of itch relief to be shipped to me. I ordered the itch relief chews the beginning of March. Last time I spoke to them, they said it wouldnt be shipped out until they get a restock somewhere around at the end of March. I sure hope so. I realize they have fallen behind but this is a little ridiculous. Their customer service rep. said it would ship in about 3 to 5 days. I have been waiting over 3 weeks now and still nothing has been received. I would like to order from them in the future but I am not really comfortable after seeing how this first time order has been handled so far. Besides that, they charged my credit card for products I never ordered and it ended up costing almost a $100 at the bank. Then I had to fight to get it refunded back to me. Told me it takes 7 to 14 days to get a refund. I waited almost two weeks to be credited back to my acount. So for right now, I can't rate them anything but poor. I should have given them zero stars but I still have hopes that they will honor my order and get the order shipped out soon. This would help change my mind about them and improve my experience level. I would like to be assured a better experience the next time I want to place an order with you, (if there is a next time). So Sorry Petlabs. You totally failed on this one. And your attitude needs to be greatly improved. I would like to know I can trust in your products and of customer service reps to get things done. So step up and fix your mess. I am still waiting for this order.

I made an order on Feb 25. I have not received it yet. I called and understand that there was a shortage of Anti-Itch chews. However, now, I'll have to continue giving my dog the liver-destroying allergy meds I was hoping to replace. This is so disappointing.

I placed an order with petlab co. On 3-9th The site said one product i ordered wouldn't be shipped until the 19 th. The minute i placed the order it said It would be the 24th. I never received a confirmation of the order no email, nothing. The only way i knew the order had gone through was they took the payment out of my paypal account on the 10 th. I never received the other product which they had in stock. On the 24 th I sent an email telling them what you just read. They returned an email right away Saying they would let me know something within 48 hours. If i didn't need the product i wouldn't have ordered it. I am off to a bad start with this company. This is my first order.

Only 1 star! Because I have two existing orders which have been paid for and both haven't been shipped yet because your inept company has been and still is OUT OF STOCK. Both on joint care and itch relief meds!!! And now because of your unprofessional status of not having your product in stock for a prelongedperiod of time now, my Dogs are SUFFERING BADLY!! And why do you keep advertising these products when you continue to BE OUT OF STOCK???!! Waiting for your excuse now this time!!!
