It seems they really care about dogs. There products are a bit expensive but they do the trick. My dog feels better.
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 11, 2025
Hi Purisima, We're glad to know our products help your dog feel better! We believe that our furry friends deserve the absolute best. Getting them the best can sometimes cost a little more, but we want you to feel comfortable having the peace of mind that your pet’s health is in good hands. We also want to mention that we offer discounts on bulk purchases and subscription services, which can help you save even more. Thank you so much for your feedback! Warm regards, PetLabCo.

I know it's understandable, but because I have a 'beware of dog' sign on my front gate, my package is not delivered to the door. I am mobility handicapped, temporarily. My dogs are old, don't move well, and loud. They are not mean. If they are out, they think you are there to see them.

Hi Linda, We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We completely understand how challenging this must be. We also appreciate you explaining the situation with your dogs. While we don’t have direct control over how our third-party couriers handle deliveries, we'll make sure to pass this feedback along to our fulfillment team so they are aware. We want to make receiving your package as smooth as possible for you. Please give your dogs some extra hugs from us. All the best, PetLabCo.

I accidentally ordered a double order and tried to stop it immediately and was not able to do that. I would have preferred to try a two month supply and then reorder. Now I am stuck with 4 month supply and dogs do not like the taste.

Dog loves it! I've only been using for less than a week on my old girl. She can be picky about taking anything that isn't food or a treat, but she likes this. Her breath has little and I am hoping it will help to remove her plaque, so I am giving it a little more time.

Hello Angelica, We're happy to hear that your dog likes it! We appreciate you sharing your initial positive experience. We've found it usually takes 3 months of the recommended daily dose to see potential benefits. That's normal for any supplement. Thank you for sharing your experience! 💙 Best Regards, PetLabCo.

I have to feed my dog 2 .as I put my dog in as 75 pounds and got some for small dogs . It does seem to be helping .not sure if its right dose
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 9, 2025
Hello Amy, We appreciate your feedback. We're glad to hear that you're seeing some positive difference. For reference, dogs over 75 lbs should receive 1 Large chew daily, while Medium chews are best suited for dogs between 25–75 lbs. It sounds like you may need the Large size for the correct dose. In the meantime, our team will be reaching out to make sure you’re fully taken care of. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention! Best Regards, PetLabCo.
