It’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received the chews that I ordered. I reached out and I was told that they were out of stock due to high demand...would have been nice to know that before purchasing. As of right now, I’m not pleased. Hopefully I receive my order soon....especially since I paid so much...

As much as I like this product I cancelled my Auto ship , Once again PetLab took my money and never shipped my order ... too many phone calls to count , even emails saying it “shipped” only to find out lie after lie .... unfortunately I’m done . A good product from a very poorly run company . Will give my money to others who honor their products and customers .

The issue for the bad rating is due to the fact that I placed my order on March 20th, 2020. Six days later I was notified that due to a shortage my order had not yet been shipped. In that notification, it was also stated that more stock had arrived and that my order would be shipped. Here it is, now April 3rd, 2020 and I have not had any other communications or notifications as to when or if my order will actually ship. I would really like some type of response as the if this will ship or not.

Ordered my product for my dogs itching over two weeks ago and it still has not come in! Now we have to start from the beginning again! Not happy at all!
