I cannot give a rating until I receive one of your products. At 15 days and counting the product I purchased is on back order and the other products in the order are being held. If I had received anything I could rate the product. Hopefully, this will change. Otherwise I have been ripped off for $78.00.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and haven’t received. I guess the pandemic is to blame? No communication letting me know what’s going on. Rating may change one I receive my order.

I haven’t received it, I have no idea when I am going to receive, very poor communication. I know we are in a crazy time but communication makes your customers aware of the issues that your company is facing.

Although I am satisfied with your product, your shipping and customer service need work. I understand with this pandemic things may not go smooothly. The issues I am having with my order have nothing to do with the pandemic it is totally lack of follow through. It appears once you have customers money you forget about customer service. You should not Bill until you have shipped product. Don't tell the customer it is shipping today, just because you called after not hearing anything for a month. Then only ship part of the order. Although I like the product once this is gone I will not be ordering in the future, it is not worth the aggravation you have to go through.

I ordered the product over a month ago and still haven't received anything except this ignorant request to rate you. At this point you have basically stolen my money since I haven't gotten my product or anything that says it's even been shipped. I will report you if I don't receive the product or a refund.

Before, I would have given you the highest rating possible, but now I have not received an order since February and my order is on your subscription plan. I understand with the Corona Virus you've probably had to lay off workers, but my animals are my family and look to me for everything. I have not been able to give them their joint chews and it breaks my heart. I'm hoping the problems will ALL be rectified soon. Stay healthy.

I had a problem with my order as I put in the wrong address. They took care of that and said a new order was on the way. I waited and waited and I finally called to see what happened and the lady said they were out of the product and would send out another order ASAP. I was very upset as I had waited over two weeks and no one said you were out of the product. I don't feel that a 4 or 5 star rating is in order. Let's see how long this takes and if it's another 2 weeks I will no longer order from your company.
